UNSTUCK is a six-week guided program that helps you change one meaningful repeating pattern
that takes over under pressure...
so you can have greater freedom to choose what matters when it counts.

You've already done a lot of work on yourself.
You've read the books and learned the tools. You've done therapy, coaching, courses, journaling, personal development... and you've gained real insight along the way.
You recognize what you intend to do differently. And sometimes, you do!
But then pressure rises.
And before you realize what's happening, the familiar response is already underway.
It can look completely different from one person to the next.
You know you need to have the conversation...
but keep putting it off.
You decide you're going to hold the boundary...
then hear yourself saying yes again.
You know what you need to get done...
but when the pressure hits, you avoid the very thing you know matters.
You know how you want to respond to someone...
then find yourself reacting in the same familiar way.
Then comes the part that can be even more exhausting: what happens afterward.
You replay it.
Correct it.
Compensate for it.
Repair it.
Try to get yourself back on track.
And wonder: “Why do I keep doing this when I know what to do?”
The frustrating part isn't that you haven't learned enough... it's that insight alone doesn't always change what happens next.

1.
Spotting the response isn’t the same as seeing the whole pattern.
You notice yourself saying yes again. Look at what led up to that moment, including what was being asked of you and what saying no meant to you. The question isn’t just “Why did I do that?” It’s “What actually needs attention here?”
2.
Knowing what’s at the root isn’t the same as clearing and releasing it.
You can name an old belief, fear, or story and still feel it shaping your response.
“If I say no, I’ll let them down.”
Recognizing it gives you something specific to work with. The next step is to go beneath the response to clear and release what’s at the root, rather than rely on more willpower to override it.
3.
Having a plan isn’t the same as being able to act on it.
Knowing the boundary is one thing. Saying it when someone pushes back is another.
The work includes restoring the freedom to choose a response aligned with what matters, putting it into practice, and learning how to return and repair when needed.

For most of my career, I knew I wanted to bring my work together and serve people full time as a therapist and coach.
And I wasn’t sitting around wishing it would happen.
I invested in programs, coaches, lessons, and tutorials. I explored possibilities, gathered tools, and worked on the vision.

I had plenty of pieces. What I couldn’t seem to do was pull them together and move forward.
There were decisions to make, details to work out, and so many ways I could get it wrong. I’d get caught weighing the options, questioning the direction, and trying to make everything just right.
Fear. Worry. Uncertainty. Perfectionism.
The effort was real. So was the pattern that kept getting in the way.
As I put the work behind Story MoveMend™ into practice in my own life, that began to change. I recognized what was keeping me stuck and cleared and released what was at the root.
The fear became less overpowering. I gained clarity about how the pieces fit together, wisdom to make decisions, and courage to act on them.
Bringing my work together. Making choices instead of circling the possibilities. Taking bold, inspired action on what had mattered to me for so long.
Did fear, worry, and uncertainty disappear completely? Heck no! They still show up. But they’re much more quiet now. They don’t get in the way of me moving forward the way they once did.
That’s the difference I experienced: greater freedom to act on what mattered, without needing every doubt to disappear first.
My proprietary Story MoveMend Blueprint™ brings this work together through Recognize | Release | Restore.
It’s the framework underneath UNSTUCK, and my own experience is part of why this program is built around guided implementation. We don’t stop at understanding the pattern. We work with it so you can change what happens next.
The conversation you’ve been putting off... you have it.
The boundary you intended to hold... you hold it.
The next step you keep second-guessing... you take it.
Start with one meaningful pattern, not your whole life at once.

I came to Kiki thinking I needed better time management, organization, and accountability. She quickly helped me see past the surface-level problem and uncover the emotions that were actually driving my behavior. We didn’t just identify them.... we cleared and released what was keeping those patterns in place. The shift was much deeper than becoming more productive; it changed the way I was showing up personally and helped create a more loving connection with my son.

A six-week guided small-group implementation program for high achievers.
You bring one meaningful repeating pattern. Together, we take it through the Story MoveMend™ Blueprint and put the work into practice in the conversations, decisions, and actions that matter to you.
You’ll also learn how to return when the familiar pattern shows up again, because returning is part of change.
Start by getting clear about what change actually involves, so you know what you’re working toward.
It’s more than spotting a familiar response or being able to explain where it came from. The work includes recognizing what keeps the pattern going, clearing and releasing what’s at the root, and choosing and acting in ways aligned with what matters.
You’ll also explore how to recognize progress when pressure rises or a familiar response shows up again. Feeling nervous doesn’t automatically mean nothing has changed. Progress includes choosing and acting in ways aligned with what matters, and returning when needed.
The goal is greater freedom to choose and act... not perfect control over every feeling or situation.
1.
A clear picture of what aligned action looks like for you.
Recognize the difference between understanding your pattern and acting on what matters, especially when pressure rises.
2.
A way to recognize meaningful progress.
Look at your choices and actions, rather than expecting yourself to stay perfectly calm.
3.
A place for return in the process.
Recognize that an old response showing up again doesn’t erase the progress you’ve made.
Move from “I did it again” to a clear picture of how the pattern unfolds.
You’ll learn how to map what happens before, during, and after a familiar response. Then you’ll apply that process to a real situation involving the pattern you’ve chosen.
For example, Instead of stopping at “I said yes when I meant no,” you’ll look at what led up to the request, what you noticed in the moment, how you responded, and what followed.
This gives you something specific to work with, including the circumstances around you, rather than reducing the whole experience to the thing you wish you hadn’t done.
You’re mapping what happens, not defining who you are.
1.
A clear map of the pattern you're exploring.
See the sequence before, during, and after the familiar response.
2.
Specific signals to notice.
Recognize details in the situation and in your own response that warrant your attention when the pattern shows up.
3.
A focused starting point for the next step.
Use what actually happened as the starting point for exploring what keeps the pattern going.
Now look at what keeps the response going, not just how it unfolds.
Using the pattern you mapped, you’ll explore the emotions, beliefs, stories, and meaning connected to it. You’ll look at what you expect will happen, what feels true in the moment, and what repeats across different situations.
For example, saying yes when you intend to say no. The question isn’t simply, “Why did I agree?” It’s, “What did saying no mean to me?” Letting someone down? Being selfish? Risking conflict?
You’ll explore why an old response made sense in a particular context without treating it as your only option now. Understanding that response doesn’t mean approving of the behavior or its impact.
You’re identifying what needs deeper attention, so the clearing and release work has an identifiable starting point.
1.
A working map of what reinforces the pattern.
Connect recurring emotions, beliefs, stories, and meaning to the response you’ve mapped.
2.
Understanding without excuses.
Recognize why an old response made sense in context while staying honest about its impact.
3.
A clear focus for the release work.
Identify specific beliefs, emotions, or stories to work with more deeply in the next module.
You’ve recognized what needs attention. Now bring your mind, body, and spirit into the work of clearing and release.
Through the integrated Story MoveMend™ approach, you’ll work with your chosen pattern using three connected processes:
Mind · Enlifted Method™
Work with the words, stories, and meaning attached to your experience through guided writing, reading aloud, and breathing. Develop a grounded reframe that acknowledges what happened without letting the old story define you or decide what happens next.
Body · Human Garage™ Fascial Maneuvers
Bring your body into the process through guided fascia and somatic release practices. Movement and breathing give you a physical way to engage in the work, rather than addressing everything through thought and conversation.
Spirit · MAP™ Clearing and Release
Engage in guided subconscious clearing and release, working with the beliefs and emotional responses connected to the repeating pattern.
Together, these processes bring the work beyond awareness into clearing and releasing what’s at the root.
During the Enlifted™ practice, you’ll work with one meaningful story at a time and read aloud privately on mute. You won’t be required to share the details of that story with the group.
The goal isn’t to erase your past or force your feelings away. It’s to create more room to choose how you move forward.
1.
Guided clearing and release for the pattern you're exploring.
Work with the mindset, body-based, and subconscious processes that come together within Story MoveMend™.
2.
A grounded reframe to practice.
Put your experience into words that acknowledge what happened without making it the final word on who you are or what comes next.
3.
Movement and breathing practices to return to.
Continue bringing your body into the work through the practices you’ve been guided through.
You’ve worked with what keeps pulling you back. Now put that work into the choices you make.
You’ll get clear about what’s happening, what matters, what’s yours to handle, and what you get to communicate. Then you’ll choose a response and identify the action that goes with it.
For example, someone asks you to take on another responsibility. The goal isn’t to replace an automatic yes with an automatic no. It’s to check your capacity, decide what you can genuinely offer, and communicate that choice.
You’ll practice putting your response into action in the real-life situations connected to the pattern you're exploring, including when pressure rises.
Aligned action doesn’t always feel comfortable. It can mean speaking up, asking for time, or following through on a decision without waiting to feel completely certain.
You’re not merely deciding what you’d do differently. You’re putting a choice aligned with what matters into practice.
1.
A simple process for choosing under pressure.
Get clear about the situation, what matters, and the response you intend to make.
2.
An aligned response to practice.
Identify a choice that fits your needs, capacity, and circumstances, rather than automatically repeating the old response or doing its opposite.
3.
A clear next action.
Decide what you’ll say or do, then put that choice into practice in a real-life moment connected to the pattern.
You’ve made progress. Then the familiar response shows up again. What you do next matters.
You’ll practice noticing the pattern, honestly evaluating what you’re experiencing, and getting accurate about the situation. From there, you’ll identify what needs repair and make the next choice aligned with what matters.
For example, you’ve agreed to take something on before checking whether you have the time or energy. Returning doesn’t mean pretending the commitment never happened. It means checking what you have capacity for, communicating clearly, and addressing the impact on the people involved.
You’ll use these moments to recognize what has changed and what still needs attention - rather than treating one difficult moment as a verdict on all your progress.
Returning isn’t ignoring what happened. It’s taking responsibility for what happens next without turning against yourself.
1.
A clear process for returning.
Notice the familiar response, honestly evaluate your experience, and get accurate about what needs attention now.
2.
A way to repair and move forward.
Address the impact of your response without turning it into a judgment about who you are.
3.
A next choice aligned with what matters.
Put that choice into action instead of staying caught in replaying what went wrong.
Spend less of your evening replaying the conversation, second-guessing your response, or debating a decision you’ve already made. More of your attention available for what needs it now.
Be present for the meals, the laughter, the ordinary good moments. Let rest be rest instead of another thing to earn. Make room to enjoy the life you work so hard to build.
One hard moment doesn’t have to become a verdict on your progress. Get accurate about what happened, repair what needs repair, and choose your next response aligned with what matters... without waiting for a fresh Monday.

WITHOUT TRYING TO OVERHAUL YOUR ENTIRE LIFE AT ONCE.
WITHOUT BEING LEFT TO TURN INSIGHT INTO ACTION ON YOUR OWN.
WITHOUT GIVING UP YOUR AMBITION TO HAVE A LIFE YOU ACTUALLY ENJOY.

01
When putting the work into practice brings up questions, you’ll have two text or email lifelines each week for guidance. Bring a real-life situation connected to the chosen pattern and get support in deciding on a next step aligned with what matters.
*See the program details for Lifeline guidelines i.e. how to use response. time parameters

02
You’ll have one 75–90-minute private session with me, focused on your chosen pattern. We’ll apply the Story MoveMend Blueprint™ to your situation, with space to clear and release what’s at the root and identify your next step aligned with what matters.
